Redesign to reflect the magazine’s edgy content and off-color humor that separated it from other men’s magazines.

  • Workshopped with Editor-in-Chief on strategic positioning
  • Used card-sorting methods with the editorial staff to re-organize the site
  • Mapped out a new keyword and SEO strategy
  • Added modularity to the website architecture

Designed the homepage to focus on large, image-heavy content.
Leveraged traffic analysis, content strategy and stakeholder cardsorting to determine site map.
Created library of wireframe modules, allowing for layout changes as needed.
Long-form articles are accompanied by rich photography.
Featured “man-friendly” recipes.
